As you well know, the cost of everything is on the rise. Dalton Electric Heating has been experiencing increases in metal heater components and accessories, particularly products with Nickel in them. Incoloy tubing and NiCr resistance wire have been increasing at double-digit rates for several years and 2007 looks to be no exception.
The Trade Price List, from which we have been working, was last rewritten at the beginning of 2006 and we have held our prices for 18 months in the face of cost increases and continuing cost of labor hikes. Effective 01 July 2007 we will install new pricing with an increase of 5% from the present structure. Applied over the last 18 months, this works out to an annual increase of 3.33%.
We are providing plenty of advanced notice so that you can place orders for stock prior to the effective date of 01 July 07. We will send hard copies of the new price list to you when they are printed. Please direct any questions regarding this new price list to your Regional Sales Manager.
