Last month we celebrated the 30th Anniversary for an employee. Now we have enjoyed the second celebration for a 30th. Dane Blake joined Dalton Electric three decades ago in Beverly, Massachusetts. In his early years with the company, Dane was integrally involved with the development of the design of the Watt-Flex® cartridge heater, working out manufacturing techniques.

As the years progressed and employees became more specialized, Dane's abilities became focused on brazing and welding which are full time responsibilities for him now. His talents and abilities have had a strong impact on the success of the company in manufacturing for these 30 years.

Dane chose Italian cuisine for the luncheon buffet and his celebration was truly enjoyed by all. Dane was presented with three VISA gift cards with his hand holding a Watt-Flex cartridge heater that was used in early Dalton advertising. Hearty congratulations to Dane and thanks for your 30 years of contribution !!!
