I pay my monthly bill. I have for years. I am as loyal as the day is long. And then I get a flyer in the mail announcing a special package for new customers that beats the starch out of the payment schedule to which I have been so loyal. Has this ever happened to you? It sure frustrates me !!! This is a routine that I see from cable, internet and cell providers who have focused too much on getting new customers and don't do much to keep their long-term customers happy. It is essential that we offer our long-term customers the same discounts and attention that new customers receive.  Banks are also notorious as poor service providers. In tough economic times, they raise rates and fees, tighten policies and cut services, just when customers need their support most. Many customers can accept higher prices, but the level of service must stay consistently strong. Our existing customers got us here and they will continue their loyalty if you extend loyalty to their expectations. They can even be a source of additional business if you explore other applications in the plant or other locations of the company. Your loyalty and service reputation will help to secure the added revenue ... as long as you continue to service the right customers.
Why do we love children? 1) NUDITY I was driving with my three young children one warm summer evening when a woman in the convertible ahead of us stood up and waved. She was stark naked! As I was reeling from the shock, I heard my 5-year-old shout from the back seat, 'Mom, that lady isn't wearing a seat belt!' 2) OPINIONS On the first day of school, a first-grader handed his teacher a note from his mother. The note read, 'The opinions expressed by this child are not necessarily those of his parents .' 3) KETCHUP A woman was trying hard to get the ketchup out of the jar. During her struggle the phone rang so she asked her 4-year-old daughter to answer the phone. 'Mommy can't come to the phone to talk to you right now. She's hitting the bottle.' 4) MORE NUDITY A little boy got lost at the YMCA and found himself in the women's locker room. When he was spotted, the room burst into shrieks, with ladies grabbing towels and running for cover. The little boy watched in amazement and then asked, 'What's the matter, haven't you ever seen a little boy before?'
