Thanksgiving

This is a time of year when we all stop and give thanks for the blessings that we have in our lives. We did not produce a Newsletter last Friday as usual, because we had a number of issues in our office. Last week Jorge Aviles, one of our three Regional Managers, was traveling and visiting customers with a distributor in Mexico.

On Tuesday he suffered a blockage (a clot) in his cerebellum and was rushed to the hospital. On Wednesday night a neurosurgical team performed a brain operation to clear the blockage. Jorge has been in a coma until yesterday and is now beginning to communicate. He does have motor skills, but it is far too early to know if he has suffered any long-term damage. His wife is with him and will be spending Thanksgiving in the hospital.

As you pause to give thanks for your blessings, we would ask that you remember Jorge with a prayer for his full recovery. We will certainly keep you posted as to his progress. All of us at Dalton Electric send our best to you for a healthy holiday season, filled with family, laughter and love.
