Make sure you are visible with your customers and show them that you are someone they can depend on. Show new customers why a Watt-Flex® cartridge heater or one of your other performance related products will save money over the year ... less down time ... maintenance savings ... energy savings ... less frequent purchases. Be knowledgeable in your presentations and orient them to customer needs. Too many salespeople are so focused on their own objectives that they don't take the time to understand what their customers are facing or the problems they need to solve. Figure out what your customer needs ... ask more questions ... determine what your customers wants and give it to them !!!
